Activity Calendar is a free, client-side web application that helps you visualize date frequencies through colorful calendar displays.

The Service allows you to:

• Import dates from CSV files or enter them manually
• Generate beautiful frequency-based calendar visualizations
• Distinguish between work dates and PTO dates with different styling
• Store data locally in your browser for convenience

Appropriate Use: You agree to use Activity Calendar for legitimate purposes only, such as project planning, time tracking, and data visualization.

Data Accuracy: You are responsible for the accuracy of any dates or information you input into the Service.

Browser Requirements: The Service requires a modern web browser with JavaScript enabled and localStorage support.

Free Service: Activity Calendar is provided free of charge with no registration required.

No Guarantees: While we strive to keep the Service available and functional, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime or availability.

Updates & Changes: We may update the Service periodically to improve functionality or security. We'll aim to maintain backward compatibility when possible.

As-Is Basis: Activity Calendar is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Data Loss: We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur due to browser issues, user error, or technical problems.

External Dependencies: The Service relies on external CDN services (Tailwind CSS, Phosphor Icons, Google Fonts) which have their own terms and availability.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of California.

California Residents: California residents are entitled to specific consumer protection rights under California law, including those outlined in the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

Consumer Rights: California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act and other California consumer protection laws.

Automatic Renewal: Not applicable - Activity Calendar requires no subscription or recurring payments.

Unruh Civil Rights Act: We are committed to providing equal access to our service regardless of sex, race, color, religion, ancestry, national origin, disability, medical condition, genetic information, marital status, sexual orientation, citizenship, primary language, or immigration status.

Right to Cancel: Since no purchase is required, California's cancellation rights do not apply, but you may stop using the service at any time.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will update the "Last Updated" date below and, where required by California law, provide appropriate notice.

California Notice Requirements: For California residents, material changes to terms affecting consumer rights will be communicated through the service or via email if we have your contact information.
